Cost-effective conversion from tethered housing to lose housing – switching from dairy cattle to young stock rearing

The Rottenkolber family's tie-stall dairy barn was converted into a free-stall barn for young cattle. Thanks to the feedstar feed belt, the free-stall barn could be set up without having to extend the old barn. Preserving the existing building was very important to the Rottenkolber family.
